I really like the filter, no problems.

There is a noticeable smoother run for my old 04 Rav4. The first one I used was great . I went to a quick oil change place, they used some house brand. There was a noticeable change in how the engine sounded and even idles. Just did my own change back to K&N, smooth and quiet idle and running .

I received the filter very fast; this the seventh filter I have ordered. The filters are great and the service is SPOT on.

I installed it as per instructions I put PTFE on the o-ring and connecting the filter to the engine it seized that hard that a screw driver and hammer was needed being billet aluminum it didn't like it too much. I was able to re thread it again the canister spins off but left the filter element and connecting piece still on the vehicle both off the threads are a right hand type. I spoke to K&N they were very helpful and resolved the matter immediately. Hopefully I don't have this prob with the second one. The dirt it collected plus the magnets that were visibly able to see was impressive. I still would like to know the microns it filters down too.
