Call me crazy, but there is no other filter then K&N. I have used this type of filter, expensive as it may be, but it is the best in the market and it has served me and my cars well. Every filter in my Acura ILX is a K&N. The Acura Dealer, Suburban Acura, has no issue with me using this filter verses a OEM type, which I really appreciate. Thanks for making an OUTSTANDING product, keep up the good work. Have one very, very minor comment and this is not about quality, but appearance. In my opinion the filter is the best, but the outer clear seal wrap is poor. I know...we just cut it off and throw it away, but when you open the box and look at it it should be perfect, including the seal wrapping. Cost is a factor but there must be a way to improve the wrap so it matches the quality of the filter, and that is a true sign of overall quality. If you own a Honda Element and change your own oil, this filter is a must. The stock unit is almost impossible to get a wretch on. All hail the nut.

Haven't had any trouble with it. Seems to work as advertised. Car runs better all the time. Using synthetic oil with it.<br /> <br /> Thank you for a great product.

I think anything that K&N sells is of excellent quality and they have good customer service.

Fit fine

The product fits my 2016 Crosstrek as it is said to. The design of the product itself is excellent. From a stand point of serviceability in regards to Subaru's though, it is extremely difficult to remove the flange from the Subaru's oil filter connection since the sides of the oil filter pan are slightly higher than the flange is thick and there isn't enough clearance between to get a proper grip with either fingers or tools. If you are looking at this product for a Subaru with the current style pan-like oil filter interface on top of the engine, I would not recommend this product. You will grow tired of prying the flange off before too long or you'll end up damaging it in the process.

It fit perfect. There is no oil leak and easy to install.

Easy to install & maintain. They're expensive but if you plan to keep your vehicle for several years it's no more expensive than purchasing quality filters every 3 to 6 months & there's no filter to dispose of each time.
