The 57-2575 uses an aerodynamically engineered non-metallic rotationally molded tube. 2007 to 2010 Ford Expedition 5.4L owners can also choose from the 57-2575 for an estimated gain of 11.04 HP @ 4600 RPM.
2006 Ford Expedition models with a 5.4 liter engine can use the K&N 77-2568KP to make it possible to get 10.56 more horsepower @ 3872 rpm. The 77-2568KP uses a free-flowing mandrel-bent aluminum tube that produces an authoritative sound.
2005 Ford Expedition owners that have a 5.4 liter engine can use K&N's 57-2556, a black non-metallic intake system, to gain approximately 14.57 horsepower @ 3829 rpm or the 77-2556KP, a polished aluminum intake system, to gain an estimated 9.53 horsepower @ 3725 rpm. Both of these performance intake kits come complete with a heat shield designed to isolate engine heat away from the air filter for more power.
